A Pharmacy Partner for Dermatology Practices: No Prior Authorizations, Predictable Pricing, Delivery in 24 Hours
Dermatology practices write a high volume of topical prescriptions, and a large share of them stall after the patient leaves the office. The plan wants a prior authorization. The copay is higher than the patient expected. The pharmacy does not stock the product. Your staff takes the call, and the patient may never start treatment.
Pharmaconic’s Iconic Dermatology program is built to remove those steps. Here is what we offer your practice and your patients.
No prior authorization, and every patient is eligible
Pharmaconic accepts most insurance plans, but not every plan covers dermatology products. For those prescriptions, we offer affordable cash pricing with no prior authorization to file, no step-therapy form, and no formulary exception to chase, so patients receive the medication they need as soon as possible. Every patient is eligible, whether insured or not.
For your practice, that means:
- Fewer callbacks and faxes for your front desk and medical assistants.
- A price you can tell the patient before they leave the exam room.
- The medication you chose is the medication the patient receives.
